Mark Broadhead, CFO: 20+ years’ experience in financial leadership roles and 15 years in seniors care both in the for profit and not-for-profit space. Experience covers; Aged Care, NDIS, Homelessness Support, Information Technology, Systems Development, Risk and Compliance, Property Development and Maintenance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Investment Management, HR, Finance, Mentoring, and Leadership. Mark facilitates an Aged Care thought leadership group with approximately 40 Seniors Living CFOs. He is also the chair of CPA Australia’s NSW Not-for-Profit Committee. He currently mentors two future CFOs in CPA Australia’s Mentor program.
