Megan has over 20 years experience in audit, financial management, risk management, cost control and process improvement working for leading organisations. As Chief Financial Officer, Megan is part of the motivated executive leadership group of Bolton Clarke, overseeing the organisation’s growth through multiple mergers and acquisitions into one of Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit providers of aged care. Megan is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
